Mechanical Parts 

-         Mixer drum is built from 5,5 ST 52  A 1 quality

-         Slope of the drum 9 mm.

-         Mixer water tank is built by 3.5 thickness ironsheet , capacity of 1.000 lt

-         Mixer chassis thickness of 10 mm  , with special bent .

-         Mixer connection materials are metric 20 .

-         Hinged parts  are built from 3.5 mm ironsheet.

-         Mixer front and rear carrier are heavy duty type .

-         With hydro lifters 

-         Double pulley sytem

-         Additional hinged parts  

Painting and Finishing             : 

-         Previous shot blasting of the metal surfaces ( before being welded )

-         Chemical cleaning is applied on the entire tanks  by means of cleaning solvent before priming order to clean rust

-         Appication of  the antirust primers is used .

-         Drying

-         Painted in requested colour

-         Drying in over at 80 degrees .
