TECHNICAL specification

CHASSIS
It is manufactured by using inert-gas welding machinery from/out of high durable steel as cross sectional I Overloadings had been taken into consideration at the durability calculations.  

 AXLE
It is manufactured in accordance with the European standards. It has a carrying capacity of 3-12 tons and donated with an automatic adjusting break lever.

 AIR SUSPENSION
 it consists of of raising and lowering and highness adjusting system; parabolic z trusses and shock absorber elements which limiting overloading axle movement.
 

 FRONT AXLE LIFTING

 front lifting system can be controlled from inside the cabinet.

 BRAKE

 Brake is designed in accordance with the European standards. WABCO products are used as Equipments. Automatic break ratchets, break ventil, break bellows (30cm cylinder), break lining pads (429 x 200 mm.) and the axle brakes are equipped with ABS system. There are two replaceable and protected break sockets in front of the trailer.

 LANDING GEAR

 Talos mark mechanic gears (feet), which are double revolution and each has a capacity of bearing 24 tons.

 TYRE

6+1 tubeless tyres with the dimensions 445 /45 R

 FLOOR

 Wisa tr contra plaque floor covering is used which is long live, 30 mm. tick and covered with fenolic resin.

 KING-PIN

2" SIt is made of forged steel (42 Cr Mo 4) which is coherent to 2SAE/DIN norms and durable against high level stretching and breakings. It can be replaceable via screw connections.

COVERS

 Made of hardened box sectional aluminium profiles.

 SIDE PANEL

 Made of foldable type of kingposts and aluminium side systems.

 FRONT PANEL

 Made of hardened box sectional aluminium profiles.

 CANVAS

 Canvas duck that weighs 680gr/m² and durable against the differentiation of 30Cº, +70Cº.

 DYE (paint)
All the surfaces are cleaned under high pressure with water and bonder chemical liquid. Then it is dyed with one coat of epoxy die, and a last coat of acrylic die. It is very durable against chemical effectiveness. As desired, colours can be chosen from the RAL codes.
